Ingredients
60ml Gin
60ml Campari
60ml Sweet Vermouth
Garnish: Orange Peel
Step 1
Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
Step 2
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Step 3
Garnish with an orange peel.
