Brandy Crusta

Ingredients

  • 60ml brandy

  • 10ml orange curaçao

  • 1 teaspoon maraschino liqueur

  • 15ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  • 15ml simple syrup

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

  • Garnish: lemon twist, sugar rim

Step 1


Rim a coupe glass with sugar and set aside.


Step 2


Add the brandy, orange curaçao, maraschino liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.


Step 3


Strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
